ISSofBC Now Serves Construction, Engineering and IT Job Seekers in Surrey: ISSofBC is a provincial service provider for the Career Paths program in Construction, Engineering and IT fields. The program provides funding skills training and upgrading, credential valuation, occupation speaking language training and work placement. PICS Community Adult Literacy Program: provides free English classes for job seekers on Monday and Tuesday from 10 am to noon.
