Employer Go2 Resources

In 2015, Surrey LIP conducted a Labour Market Research project which engaged over 110 Surrey-based employers. Employer challenges in accessing resources to hire and retain immigrant talent was identified as one of the key findings of the research.

This online resource, Employer Go2 Resources, was created for Surrey-based employers and provides a range of useful information and tools to tap into immigrant talent pools to address local skill shortages. This resource was developed by Surrey LIP team with input from the Surrey LIP Employer Advisory Group, including the following representatives:
